Diponegoro International Journal of Business (DIJB) is a journal published by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University. DIJB is published twice a year in January, June, and December.
DIJB accepts manuscripts with topics in marketing management, financial management, operations management, human resource management, innovation management, knowledge management, organizational behavior, organizational development, change management, international business, and Islamic business.
DIJB is nationally accredited (rank 2) based on the Decree of the Minister of Research and Technology/Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency Number 105/E/KPT/2022 and is indexed in: Sinta, Dimension, Google Scholar, and Garuda .
