April 22, 2025 — The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Diponegoro (FEB Undip) informs final-year students of the opportunity to apply for a Single Tuition Fee (UKT) refund of up to 50% for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.
This policy, outlined in Letter No. 387/UN7.A/KU/IV/2025, applies to students who meet the following criteria:
- Diploma (D3) students in semester 8 or above
- Undergraduate and Applied Bachelor students in semester 10 or above
- Have completed UKT payment for the Even Semester 2024/2025
- Did not receive any UKT reduction for the same semester
- Are enrolled in 6 credits (SKS) or fewer
📌 Application Procedure:
Applications must be submitted online via the Undip SSO portal, with the following documents:
- IRS (Study Plan) for Even Semester of 2024/2025
- Proof of UKT payment
- Copy of student’s bank account book
- Statement from academic advisor regarding thesis progress or a Graduation Certificate (SKL) for those who have completed their studies
🗓️ Deadline for submission: May 5, 2025
Following submission, the faculty will conduct verification before forwarding the application to the university level. Refunds will be processed in stages after approval.
